Plain-English privacy

Your sale is yours.

Last updated August 12, 2026.

What we collect

We store your account email, profile details, listings, photos, and sale settings. When a buyer expresses interest, we store their email and optional note encrypted in our database so the seller can respond.

What is public

Public profiles and their available or sold listings can be viewed by anyone. Unlisted profiles are hidden behind a private, hard-to-guess link, but anyone who receives that link can open it. Email addresses are never displayed on public pages.

How we use data

We use data only to operate accounts, publish sales, connect buyers with sellers, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information or run behavioral advertising.

Processors and storage

Authentication is provided by Google Firebase. The website is delivered by Cloudflare. Application data is stored in an isolated PostgreSQL database on our Coolify-managed server. Recovery backups are copied to Hetzner, Cloudflare, and Backblaze storage.

Retention and deletion

Your live data remains until you delete it or delete your account. Account deletion removes your profile, listings, photos, and buyer-interest records from the active database. Copies may remain in rotating daily, weekly, and monthly recovery backups for up to three monthly retention cycles.

Your choices

You can download a JSON copy of your account data, edit profile visibility, mark or delete listings, and delete your account from Sale Settings. For access or deletion help, use our support form.
