The service

Tiny Yard Sale provides profile pages where people can advertise personal items and receive buyer-interest messages. We do not process payments, arrange shipping, reserve items, or participate in transactions.

Your responsibilities

You must be legally able to sell every item you post. Do not post illegal, stolen, dangerous, recalled, counterfeit, or misleading items. Describe condition and price honestly, protect personal information, and meet safely.

Buyer and seller arrangements

Buyers and sellers decide price, payment, pickup, and all other terms directly. A buyer-interest message does not reserve an item. Tiny Yard Sale does not guarantee users, listings, payments, or product condition.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the service, send spam, probe accounts, evade limits, upload malicious material, impersonate others, or interfere with availability. We may restrict abusive use or remove unlawful content.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as available without warranties. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tiny Yard Sale is not liable for user transactions, lost profits, indirect damages, or loss caused by conduct outside our reasonable control.

Ending your use

You may delete your account at any time from Sale Settings. These terms may change as the product develops; material changes will be reflected here.
